Lemon Loaf Recipe

1 and 3/4 cups all-purpose flour

1 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

3 large eggs

1/2 cup milk

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1 tablespoon lemon zest

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt


Step 1: Preparing the Batter

Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C) and greasing a loaf pan with butter or non-stick spray. In a mixing bowl, cream the softened butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Then, add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Step 2: Adding the Lemon Flavor
