Add the crushed freeze-dried strawberries, butter, and vanilla extract to the melted chocolate mixture. Stir until well combined and the strawberries are evenly distributed.
Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Let the fudge cool at room temperature for about 2 hours or until firm.
