Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups  white chocolate chips
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper or aluminium foil and set aside.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk.
  • Microwave on high in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth.
  • Add the crushed freeze-dried strawberries, butter, and vanilla extract to the melted chocolate mixture. Stir until well combined and the strawberries are evenly distributed.
  • Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Let the fudge cool at room temperature for about 2 hours or until firm.
  • Once the fudge is firm, lift it out of the baking dish using parchment paper or aluminium foil.
  • Cut the fudge into squares or desired shapes and serve.
