- 2 can of refrigerated biscuits dough
- 1 cup of granulated sugar
- 2 tsp of cinnamon
- ½ cup of unsalted butter
- ½ cup of brown sugar
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a bundt pan with cooking spray or butter.
Cut each biscuit into quarters.
In a bowl, mix the granulated sugar and cinnamon.
Roll each biscuit quarter in the sugar-cinnamon mixture and place them in the prepared bundt pan.
In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter and brown sugar together over medium heat. Stir until the sugar has dissolved.
Pour the butter mixture over the biscuits in the bundt pan.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and cooked through.
Let the monkey bread cool in the pan for 5-10 minutes before flipping it over onto a plate or serving dish.
