Biscoff Latte Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1-2 tbsp Biscoff spread (smooth or crunchy)
  • 1 shot of espresso or 2 oz strong coffee
  • ¾ – 1 cup milk
  • Biscoff cookie crumbs, for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Add the Biscoff spread to the bottom of your mug. Brew your espresso.
  • Pour the hot espresso over the Biscoff spread and stir thoroughly until dissolved.
  • Heat and froth your milk using a steamer wand, or milk frother, or warming and vigorously whisking.
  • Pour the frothed milk over the espresso mixture. Top with cookie crumbs if desired.
